I use stoneware clay made by a local shop, commercially made food-safe ceramic glazes, and sand the bottoms of each piece so it doesn’t scratch the surfaces it sits on. This mug is dishwasher and microwave-safe; however, hand-washing and avoiding sudden temperature changes will ensure your ceramic ware lasts for eons.
This mug comfortably holds 16oz (approx. 473ml) of liquid.
